Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our market presence and revenue in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OEM & MDA sales and Indirect Retail (IR) channel management, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales through resellers, distributors, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, particularly within OEM, MDA, and IR channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals through the indirect retail (IR) channel
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical support, product, marketing)

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales/business development
  • Industry: Experience with OEM + MDA and Indirect Retail (IR) channels
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territories
