We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our market presence and revenue in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OEM & MDA sales and Indirect Retail (IR) channel management, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales through resellers, distributors, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, particularly within OEM, MDA, and IR channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals through the indirect retail (IR) channel
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical support, product, marketing)
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales/business development
- Industry: Experience with OEM + MDA and Indirect Retail (IR) channels
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently in the field
- Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territories
