We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Forex & CFD brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX sales, IB acquisition, partnership development, and institutional relationships, with proven ability to scale brokerage volumes and revenues.
This role focuses on introducing brokers (IBs), money managers, affiliates, prop firms, and institutional partners, while expanding the brokerage's global footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow trading volume and client base
- Acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners
- Build relationships with prop firms, signal providers, fund managers, and trading communities
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities (MENA, Asia, Africa, LATAM)
- Promote brokerage products including MT5, Forex, Commodities, Indices, Crypto CFDs
- Negotiate partnership agreements, rebate structures, and commission plans
- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to convert leads into active traders
- Represent the company at forex expos, seminars, webinars, and industry events
- Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence and strategic insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements- Minimum 36 years of experience in Forex / CFD brokerage business development or sales
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, traders, or institutional partners
- Solid understanding of Forex trading, leverage, spreads, liquidity, and platforms (MT4/MT5)
- Proven track record of revenue growth or volume generation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based roles
- Experience in international markets is a strong advantage
Preferred Skills- Existing IB or partner portfolio
- Experience working with regulated or offshore brokers
- Knowledge of CRM systems, affiliate tracking, and sales funnels
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish a plus)
