Job Description

Position: Salesperson / Business Development Manager (Catalyst Business)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who has a strong background in catalyst products and services, a proven track record in sales, and in-depth knowledge of ADNOC's operations and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote catalyst products and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ADNOC and other key accounts in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at ADNOC.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client expectations.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within the catalyst industry.
  • Strong understanding of catalyst applications in refining, petrochemical, and industrial processes.
  • Proven experience working with ADNOC and a group of companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
