Position: Salesperson / Business Development Manager (Catalyst Business)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who has a strong background in catalyst products and services, a proven track record in sales, and in-depth knowledge of ADNOC's operations and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote catalyst products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ADNOC and other key accounts in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at ADNOC.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client expectations.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within the catalyst industry.
- Strong understanding of catalyst applications in refining, petrochemical, and industrial processes.
- Proven experience working with ADNOC and a group of companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
