We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager Channel Sales to lead the promotion and sales of Networking and IP Telephony solutions through channel partners. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in a similar role within the IT / networking distribution space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct due diligence and capability assessments for potential partners.
- Drive revenue growth through channel partners to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, funnel tracking, and accurate sales forecasting.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and partner training sessions as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
- 45 years of experience in channel sales or business development within networking / IP telephony.
- Hands-on experience with products such as Grandstream, Ruijie, Tenda, Fanvil, Reolink, Wi-Tek, or similar vendors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to manage partners, drive performance, and close opportunities.
- Experience in IT distribution or channel-driven sales environments is highly preferred.
