Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Business Development Manager specializing in SaaS/Software. The role involves driving sales and developing business strategies within the technology solutions domain. The individual will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, conduct market research, and ensure the successful achievement of sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and partners to deliver exceptional service is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management within the SaaS/software sector
  • Lead generation
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of SaaS / Software selling experience
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
  • Effective leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver on KPIs
  • Experience with technology solutions, particularly Asana, Freshworks, or similar tools, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field
