Sales & Business Development Manager – ServiceNow

We're working with an established consultancy in the Middle East that is building out ServiceNow practice throughout the Middle East. They are looking to bring in a high-impact Sales & Business Development Manager.
This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role with a clear focus on selling ServiceNow professional services across consulting, implementation, and managed services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the full sales cycle – from pipeline creation through to deal closure
- Selling across ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC)
- Converting opportunities into signed SOWs and long-term engagements
- Building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships
- Driving account growth through additional workflows and services
- Working closely with solution architects & delivery teams to shape deals
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years B2B sales experience, including ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
- Proven track record closing consulting / implementation / AMS deals
- Strong commercial mindset – pricing, margins, negotiation
- Experience selling into enterprise environments & complex buying cycles
- A true hunter mentality – comfortable building pipeline from scratch
