Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Business Development professional. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to understand trends, and building relationships with potential clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reaching out to customers

- Presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs

- Providing excellent customer service

- Assisting in the development of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals

- Identifying new business opportunities

- Generating leads and qualifying prospects

- Developing relationships with potential customers

- Negotiating and closing deals

- Maintaining ongoing account management

- Achieving sales targets

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

- Experience in lead generation and market research to discover new business opportunities.

- Customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

- Results-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Software sales or business development roles is highly preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments, preferably with a focus on software development.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales goals.
