Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs and propose suitable technology and security solutions.

You will work to deliver professional solutions to enterprise, corporate, and government clients.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Generate new business from corporate and enterprise clients
  • Manage and qualify leads from different channels
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and system demos
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams

Qualifications (Must-Have)
  • 1 - 5 years of B2B sales experience (technology/systems preferred)
  • Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with targets and KPIs
  • Good computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM)
  • Willing to visit clients when required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in security systems, access control, ANPR, or IT solutions
  • Experience dealing with corporate or government entities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of solution-based selling
  • Own car (plus, not mandatory)
