Position: Sales Business Development Manager
Location: New Cairo, Egypt
Compensation & Work Structure
Base Salary:
20,000-30,000 per month.
Work Arrangement:
5 days per week at the office.
1 day may be performed remotely.
Commission & Incentive Structure
Shared Campaigns (Per Quarter):
1st Deal: 5% commission
2nd Deal: 7% commission
3rd Deal and above: 10% commission
Exclusive Campaign Bonuses:
1st Deal: EGP 70,000
2nd Deal: EGP 80,000
3rd Deal and above: EGP 90,000
Renewals: 50% of the applicable commission applies to the base contract amount for renewed campaigns.
Scope: This commission structure applies to every deal generated directly by the employee.
Payment Method: Commissions and incentives may be paid via bank transfer, cash, or electronic payment as deemed suitable by TRAFFIX.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire companies and brands to secure advertising campaign contracts with TRAFFIX.
Establish partnerships and cooperation agreements with advertising agencies, marketing agencies, and media buying agencies.
Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and maintain the company's sales pipeline and lead generation strategy.
Negotiate commercial terms, partnership frameworks, and preferred rates with agencies and partners.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and sales communication.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals in the company's CRM system.
Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the company.
Represent TRAFFIX in client meetings, negotiations, industry events, and business presentations.
