Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Brokers Hub, you will play a key role in driving revenue by offering tailored real estate solutions to clients. You will leverage your market knowledge and consultative sales approach to manage high-value transactions and build a strong client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate
• Develop and manage a portfolio of qualified clients
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive referrals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and client focus

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and real estate platforms
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Relevant educational background is a plus
