We are looking for a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate is confident, communicates naturally, understands Arab culture, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
This is not a field-sales job. It is a consultative sales role:
you listen, understand the client's level & needs, recommend the right program, and guide them to enroll.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads and guide them through our English-learning programs.
- Give clear explanations about the program structure, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct short Zoom/phone consultations with potential clients.
- Handle objections professionally (I don't have time, I need to think, I want to check price).
- Follow a structured CRM workflow and update lead progress accurately.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team about trends, client needs, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Native-level Arabic (non-negotiable).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or education sales (at least 2 years).
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and confidence in speaking.
- Friendly, patient, and culturally awareable to communicate with different clients.
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Based in Dubai with valid residency/work permit.
- Ability to work under deadlines and performance targets.
- Ability to work evenings or flexible hours if needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling online courses or educational programs.
