We're looking for a Sales Consultant who can turn destination knowledge into amazing travel experiences - and who understands how to design trips that balance customer expectations with operational realities.

Based onsite in our Cairo office, this is a full-time, permanent role. You'll be responsible for designing and organizing travel itineraries, responding to FIT and Tailor-Made enquiries, and working closely with local operations, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure trips run smoothly, safely, and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll have the chance to shape product offerings, contribute ideas for new itineraries, and help travellers explore Egypt in a responsible and authentic way.

Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:

  • 3 - 4 years experience in travel sales or a similar role
  • Strong travel knowledge and hands-on experience in Egypt, with an understanding of local suppliers, destinations, and customer needs
  • Experience with adventure or small-group travel, including designing and developing itineraries that are safe, engaging, and commercially viable
  • Proven ability to respond to FIT and Tailor-Made enquiries, collaborating effectively with sales teams to deliver personalised travel experiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers, local partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Confidence using travel-related systems and Microsoft Office
  • Awareness of customer expectations, trends in the travel market, and how to translate these into compelling travel experiences
