Location: Rotational, different location with Abu Rawash, Giza Main location.

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities |

1. Achieving and exceeding his individual sales set targets and KPIs.

2. Responsible for the sales cycle (from prospecting to closure and delivery).

3. Reporting to Showroom Supervisor his daily activities and/or Team Leader.

4. Managing, closing and responding effectively to incoming leads which include Incoming calls, outgoing calls, walkins, web leads and others.

5. Managing and meeting test drive target achievement.

6. Achieving the trade-in target achievement.

7. Responsible for customer satisfaction and achieving SSI and NPS levels. (Monitored through the Auto line system and S.S.I)

8. Solving new customers problems related to their intended car of interest.

9.Meeting Customer expectations.

Qualifications |

Very good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel & Word)

Outstanding communication skills

Excellent negotiations skills

Excellent selling techniques, communication skills, and language skills

Team player, cooperative and willing to help others

Well organized

Honest and dedicated to work

Respectful and talented

Time management
