Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building positive customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include consulting with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's wide range of electronic products.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting practices
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the electronics sector and product expertise is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
