Are you the person who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door Can you turn a friendly conversation into a new membership
We're looking for a super friendly, energetic Gym Sales Consultant who loves meeting people, has a passion for sales, and is driven to achieve targets.
You'll be:
- Welcoming every visitor with a warm smile and infectious energy.
- Understanding their fitness goals and recommending the right membership.
- Following up confidently with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Closing sales and consistently achieving monthly targets.
- Building relationships that keep members coming back.
We want someone with:
- A naturally bubbly, approachable personality.
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
- A proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong follow up skills and the confidence to ask for the sale.
- A passion for fitness and helping people get started.
Previous gym membership sales experience is a big advantage.
