Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Dubai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer needs, creating tailored OS&E solutions, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing expert consulting, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The role also entails assisting with customer service inquiries and fostering smooth collaboration with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer requirements and deliver tailored OS&E solutions
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent support and clear communication
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in F&B, FF&E, and OS&E sectors.
• Experience in Sales Consulting or related consulting roles
• Strong customer service and client satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Background in hospitality or a related industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar field
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
