Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant to join our team. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, recommend suitable real estate solutions, and facilitate successful transactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and effective communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate.

Valid driving license.

Fluent or able to speak English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic.

Strong skills in sales consulting to drive property transactions.

Proficiency in customer service and commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.

Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or business are a plus.
