Job Description

We are looking for customercentric Retail Sales Consultants to represent automotive brand. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering fivestar, hospitalitydriven client experiences. We are not focused solely on automotive experience; instead, we value strong process discipline, exceptional relationshipbuilding skills, and the ability to engage affluent clients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. If you come from a luxury environment and understand how to build trust with highexpectation customers, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to showroom visitors in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a luxury brand experience.
  • Make professional client presentations that highlight product value and luxury positioning.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and payment methods with strong product knowledge.
  • Prepare proposals based on customer needs and brandaligned technical specifications.
  • Provide quotations and follow up with customers after presentations to drive successful conversions.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and support timely payment of receivables.
  • Coordinate with the Credit/Finance department on financing options and assist in handling credit applications.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a seamless transition to AfterSales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on brand technical features.
  • Submit accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed customer records for followups and relationship management.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, high-end fashion), premium relationship roles, or fivestar hospitality/concierge/VIP guest relations.
  • Premium automotive experience is welcome but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence and a refined customerservice mindset.
  • Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Consultative selling style with the ability to guide clients through a high-touch, personalized journey.
  • Processoriented, organized, and consistent in followthrough and documentation.
  • Passion for luxury, design, and advanced technology.
  • English and Arabic speaking skills preferred.
