We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Investor Relations Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage coordination tasks, support client interactions, and ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.

Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales function through effective coordination, communication, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and collections in alignment with the sales team
- Manage email communications and ensure timely responses
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
- Support in organizing and attending conferences, events, and exhibitions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination, Finance, PR, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident communication style
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
