Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of industry trends and regulations in addition to excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

  • Oversee and manage all sales-related activities
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers
  • Preparing & maintaining sales contracts and other related documents. (Letters of Credit, sales records, and reports)
  • Input orders into the system, verifying they meet customer specifications and are processed efficiently
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Requirements

  • 2-3 years work experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, or business administration
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
