Main Tasks:
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales operations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, logistics) to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data in CRM systems
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required
- Schedule sales meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
- Assist in contract preparation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities
Requirements:
Educational Background: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
