Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing orders, maintaining customer records, and acting as a key communication link between sales, logistics, and customers to support sales targets and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Coordinator will handle order processing, track sales activities, prepare reports, and support customer relationships while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Prepare, process, and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and contracts
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales data in CRM/ERP systems
• Handle customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and order status
• Track sales leads and assist in monitoring sales performance
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations, company policies, and documentation standards
• Support tenders, RFQs, and hospital procurement processes when required
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate sales team activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering
• 510 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
• Medical supplies or healthcare industry preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of medical supplies, hospital procurement, or healthcare sales is a plus
