We are seeking a driven and customer-focused
Sales Coordinator to manage incoming event inquiries and convert them into successful bookings. This role involves handling client communications, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless event execution
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals and sales reports.
- Handle client enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate client, account and sales records.
- Support sales calls, site inspections, events and other commercial activities.
Requirements
- Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems or CRM platforms would be an advantage.
