The
Sales Coordinator - Protein supports the Protein Category team by coordinating daily sales operations, assisting with customer inquiries, managing order processing, tracking stock availability, and supporting the execution of category sales strategies. The role acts as a critical link between the sales, supply chain, and category teams to ensure accurate information flow, seamless customer service, and effective sales support for protein products.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate protein sales activities with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth objectives.
- Execute and maintain up-to-date pricing for all protein product lines, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to relevant teams.
- Monitor sales performance, identify sales drops, and support corrective action plans where needed.
- Conduct analytical analysis of sales data, market trends, and profitability to identify opportunities and risks.
- Review and report on positive P&Ls, ensuring actions are taken to maintain desired profit targets.
- Support the sales team with coordination of orders, documentation, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements For The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar commercial support role, preferably in the protein or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a good command of Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of P&L statements and financial metrics related to sales performance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite team environment in Dubai.
- Attention to detail, proactive approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
