About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our After Sales team. In this role, you will support clients efficiently and accurately, coordinate service activities, and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing in ERP (INFOR)
- Handle customer feedback emails and satisfaction surveys for ISO audits
- Manage AMC quotations, renewals, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, and operations for job execution
- Maintain accurate records and reports (manual & digital)
- Process service calls, track open tickets, and monitor pending orders
- Arrange procurement of materials and subcontractor services
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and customer service practices
- 23 years of experience in customer service coordination (HVAC/MEP preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
