We help brands launch products, engage stakeholders, and create memorable experiences. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and ambitious individual to join our growing sales team.
The RoleAs a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department. You will support the account managers by handling initial client inquiries, preparing proposals, managing our customer database (CRM), and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly. This is the perfect starting point for someone looking to build a career in Event Sales or Business Development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries. Filter leads to determine if they fit X Creativity's services and budget requirements before passing them to Account Managers.
- Proposal Creation: Assist in drafting event presentations and financial quotations using our standard templates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of clients, meetings, and deal statuses in our CRM system (ensure no lead is lost!).
- Market Research: actively research new potential corporate clients, upcoming product launches, and commercial opportunities in the market.
- Sales Support: Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and handle sales-related administrative tasks.
- Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and our internal operations team once a deal is signed to ensure smooth handover.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 13 years of experience. Fresh graduates with a passion for events are encouraged to apply!
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel are essential).
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you don't miss deadlines).
