Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Department member at Al Naeem Jewellery LLC, located in Dubai. The Sales Department member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, training sales staff, and overseeing sales management. The individual will aim to maximize sales and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, Sales Management and Training
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
• Proficiency in relevant sales and customer relationship management software
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
