Role Description

This is a full-time position within the Sales department at our Cairo office. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, nurturing client relationships, generating and closing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, developing strategic sales plans, and participating in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. This is an on-site role with active collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
  • Proven experience in customer service and the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques to meet targets and grow revenue
  • Experience or capability in sales management to organize and lead sales initiatives
  • Skills in training and mentoring team members to achieve collective success
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
