Fiery Vision: Enable the printer to produce what the designer imagined
Fiery is seeking a highly driven and technically skilled Sales Development Manager with strong Major Account Management experience and technical channel management expertise. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a multi-channel business model, working seamlessly across dealers and partners while engaging directly with end customers. The successful candidate will hold full responsibility for Fiery, Specialty Products, and Fiery XF for Large Format across the territory. A strong technical understanding of Fiery technology and the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Develop and manage B2B relationships with partners throughout the region
- Design and implement multi-channel strategies to grow sales and market share for Fiery solutions, including product demonstrations, awareness initiatives, and training programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within partner and dealer organizations, maximizing collaborative selling opportunities
- Communicate Fiery product value propositions clearly and persuasively to partners, dealers, and end customers
- Lead Fiery product launches and organize activities including: kick-off events, trainings, trade shows, customer open houses, and technology fairs
- Train partner and dealer personnel delivering impactful Fiery product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute sales-driving programs, campaigns, and promotions using creativity and business acumen
- Engage directly with end customers to understand their needs, workflows, and preferences, ensuring strong relationships and sales support
- Collaborate closely with Fiery Technical Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and Sales Directors to achieve revenue goals
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and territory reports to Fiery management
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience: 5-10 years of sales / marketing experience in print, imaging industry
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and grow major accounts across multiple locations
- Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas within dealer, partner, or distributor-driven sales models
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and demonstrate Fiery solutions effectively
- Deep knowledge of the digital print industry, including workflows and color management
- Proficiency in indirect sales approaches, including work with dealers, distributors, and partners
- Excellent relationship-building skills and long-term client nurturing capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Windows and macOS, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Must reside within the designated MEA / Turkey territory
