About the Role:
1 Clean Air is looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. You'll be responsible for engaging and qualifying warm leads through phone and/or video calls, asking the right questions to determine fit, and booking appointments with our sales team.
This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, excellent at building rapport, and has strong experience in sales. Coaching industry experience is a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage with warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Ask qualifying questions to assess interest and fit
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
- Follow scripts and training guidelines while maintaining a natural, human tone
- Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections
Requirements:
- English speaker with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven sales experience, especially in high-trust conversations
- Ability to follow structured processes while being adaptable on calls
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Experience in the coaching, consulting, or transformation space is a strong plus
- Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for calls
