About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at SPEEDFORCE DIGITAL, you will be the first point of contact
between the company and potential clients. Your job is to research relevant Saudi/GCC companies, identify
the correct decision-makers, run professional outreach, and book qualified meetings. Proposal discussions,
negotiation, and closing are handled by management, so your focus stays on building a strong pipeline of
real conversations with the right people
Key Responsibilities
Research relevant Saudi/GCC companies that may require SPEEDFORCE DIGITAL services
Identify correct decision-makers and key influencers within target companies
Run targeted outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, cold email, and
personalized follow-ups
Book and prepare meetings with relevant decision-makers for management
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including outreach activity, notes, meeting status, and next steps
Coordinate with management to support deal progression after meetings are booked
Participate in sales training, AI tool workshops, role-plays, and weekly reviews
Requirements:
1 to 3+ years of sales or business development experience; B2B sales strongly preferred, and services,
tech, or agency background is a plus
Based in Jeddah and legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi national or transferable iqama)
Strong English and Arabic communication skills
Confident with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and disciplined follow-up
Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
Comfortable using AI tools for research and communication
A self-starter mindset with the discipline to hit daily activity and monthly meeting targets
