We're looking for an SDR to run outbound outreach and consistently book qualified meetings with hiring decision-makers.
What you'll do
- Cold call and follow up with HR, Talent, and business leaders
- Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify needs and book discovery calls
- Keep the CRM clean and updated
- Improve scripts, messaging and objection handling
What we need
- 13+ years in outbound B2B sales / SDR / cold calling
- Confident on the phone, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
- Strong English writing and follow-up discipline
- Recruitment / professional services experience is a plus
- GCC experience and Arabic are a bonus
