Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and scheduling meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) through proactive outreach, including cold calling, targeted prospecting, and consistent follow-ups.

This role requires close collaboration with both the Sales and Digital Marketing Teams to ensure alignment in prospecting strategies, lead generation efforts, and messaging, ultimately supporting pipeline growth and the achievement of business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive cold calls and outbound outreach to generate qualified leads and schedule sales meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and identify high-potential prospects.
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through various channels including online databases, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
  • Follow up promptly and effectively on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined outreach, lead generation, and meeting-setting targets.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, prospect responses, and campaign performance to support continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 46 years of experience in a similar role involving cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, preferably with native-level proficiency and strong professional communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, combined with excellent organizational and professional communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with the ability to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional communication style; native-level American English accent preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, with the ability to accurately manage and maintain lead records and track prospect interactions.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in achieving targets.
  • Effective collaborator, able to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and lead generation efforts.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
