Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately driving new business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify potential leads

- Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation

- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

- Keep accurate records of all communication with leads in our CRM system

- Provide regular updates and reports on your performance and progress to the sales manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation strategies

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
