Sales Development Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The SDR will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Account Management skills
• Lead Generation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and account management
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the IT industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• +1 years of experience in IT sales (Kaspersky-Fortinet...).

Work conditions:

• 9 am-5pm
• Nasr City
• 2 days off
