About MS Shift

MS Shift is a global SaaS platform providing security and operations management solutions to leading hotel brands worldwide, including Marriott and Hilton. Our platform supports hotel teams with incident reporting, patrol management, visitor management, and operational visibility across properties.

As we expand our presence in the Middle East, we are building a high-performing sales team in Dubai to drive new business across the UAE and the broader GCC region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Middle East growth. This role is focused on heavy outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.

This is a high-activity role ideal for someone who thrives on cold outreach, enjoys speaking with prospects, and wants to grow into a future Account Executive position within a fast-growing SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and map potential hotel prospects across the UAE and broader Middle East region (GCC), including key decision-makers within Marriott, Hilton, and other major hotel groups
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach daily via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain strong daily activity levels to consistently build pipeline
  • Book qualified discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives and leadership
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them into the sales pipeline
  • Build and manage a consistent flow of early-stage opportunities
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, activities, and lead status in CRM
  • Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects
  • Support regional expansion efforts by building target account lists and contact databases
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities when needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or similar role
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or software-driven companies is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with a high volume of daily cold calls and outbound emails
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality
  • Strong LinkedIn prospecting and outreach skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC market
  • Experience selling into hospitality or hotels is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Arabic speaking, writing
  • Hospitality background or understanding of hotel operations is an advantage

  • High Daily outbound activity volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
  • 5+ qualified demo meetings booked per week
  • Pipeline value generated for the sales team
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Contribution to regional revenue growth
