Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (UK Hours); Potential for Flexible Hours

Location: Remote/Online

Salary Range: Attractive, Top-of-Market Salary (paid in GBP/USD)

Opportunity Overview

Our client is an established Shopify development and solutions agency pivoting into AI-powered business automation for e-commerce merchants. This is their first dedicated demand generation hire within a small, remote-first team. You'll help build predictable outbound pipeline and get qualified conversations onto the founder's calendar.

Role Description

You'll run outbound prospecting across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, targeting Shopify merchants that match the agreed ICP. You'll research prospects, build lists, and use automation tools to scale outreach responsibly. You'll book qualified discovery calls for the founder and iterate messaging based on live market feedback. This is a hands-on role with autonomy and clear activity-based targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting – Execute cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to Shopify merchants.
  • Meeting booking – Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls directly into the founder's calendar.
  • List building – Research and build accurate prospect lists aligned to the ICP and sectors.
  • LinkedIn automation – Set up and manage outreach sequences using tools like Dripify or Lemlist.
  • Messaging iteration – Refine scripts and sequences based on response rates and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Outbound SDR experience – Proven results in outbound across calls and email.
  • Strong English communication – Confident written and verbal English for client-facing outreach.
  • LinkedIn outreach capability – Comfortable running LinkedIn prospecting and follow-ups end-to-end.
  • Automation tool familiarity – Experience with sales automation tools used for sequencing and outreach.
  • Self-starter mindset – Able to operate with minimal management and consistent daily output.

Bonus Qualifications

  • E-commerce familiarity – Exposure to Shopify or the broader e-commerce space.
  • Tooling experience – Experience with Lemlist, Dripify, Apollo, Dripify, or similar tools.
  • Agency or tech background – Prior experience in a tech company or agency environment.
