Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM (UK Hours); Potential for Flexible Hours

Location: Remote/Online

Salary Range: Attractive, Top-of-Market Salary (paid in GBP/USD)

Role Description

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our client's team. If you're a confident, proactive and resilient communicator who wants to contribute to the world of high-growth commercial sales, while gaining experience in a company during an exciting growth phase, this could be the opportunity for you. You'll operate as an IC with a strong focus on outbound pipeline generation through multi-channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling and tailored prospect engagement. This role requires someone who is comfortable presenting value clearly, handling objections professionally, and applying proven SDR frameworks to drive qualified opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting by building and managing a consistent outbound pipeline through email, LinkedIn, calling and other relevant outreach channels.
  • Execute structured multi-channel outreach sequences across phone, email and social platforms to engage target decision-makers effectively.
  • Apply proven sales development methodologies and qualification frameworks to improve conversion and meeting quality.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and core prospecting tools to identify, segment and engage ideal customer profiles.
  • Generate high-quality meetings and opportunities for the wider sales team through strong discovery and qualification.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communicate the value proposition clearly in introductory calls, outreach messaging and prospect-facing conversations.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by keeping prospect activity, pipeline updates and engagement notes organised and up to date.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to share market feedback, refine targeting and support continuous improvement in outbound performance.
  • Track reply rates, meetings booked, conversion metrics and channel performance to optimise results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 23+ years of SDR or similar experience, with proven experience in sales development, business development or a closely related outbound sales role.
  • Fluent English communication is mandatory, with excellent spoken and written English and the ability to communicate confidently with international prospects.
  • Demonstrable experience with multi-channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and account research.
  • Strong working knowledge of core online SDR tools such as CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, sequencing tools like Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft, data and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo or Lusha, and calling tools or diallers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present clearly, build early-stage interest and communicate value in a concise and professional way.
  • Familiarity with SDR best practices, qualification methods and structured outreach frameworks.
  • Comfortable working independently as an IC, managing targets and maintaining strong activity levels without constant supervision.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred.
  • Previous exposure to UK, US, European or other Western markets is an advantage.
