Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Roxtec Saudi Arabia and Bahrain is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing sales organization across industrial and infrastructure markets. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who wants handson exposure to B2B sales, technical solutions, and major projects, while working closely with experienced Sales Engineers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across industry, EPCs, OEMs, contractors, and end users
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and preparing opportunity information
  • Assist with quotations, basic technical designs, and sales documentation
  • Process customer orders and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and support pipeline reporting
  • Conduct basic market and account research to identify earlystage projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or technical sales support
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
  • Structured, detailoriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
