Sales Development Professional with a proven track record, not just in sales, but specifically in the
software agency, digital consulting, or SaaS space within Saudi Arabia. Your mission is to leverage your deep market knowledge to connect with high-level decision-makers and secure foundational partnerships in the region's most dynamic sectors.

What You'll Do: Strategic Pipeline Generation in KSA
- As a Gradion SDR focused on KSA, your work demands precision, formality, and deep market insight. Your day is dedicated to high-touch, strategic engagement:
- Vision-Aligned Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify executive-level contacts within organizations driving Vision 2030 initiatives (e.g., Giga-projects, Ministries, major national companies)
- Strategic List Building: Develop highly targeted outreach lists based on critical sectors undergoing AI/Digital Transformation (Logistics, Retail, E-commerce, Government Services)
- Localized Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-quality outreach via cold calls, meticulously crafted emails, and professional LinkedIn messaging, adhering to formal Saudi business etiquette
- Initial Discovery & Qualification: Conduct focused, respectful discovery to understand the prospect's strategic pain points and confirm a fit for Gradion's complex, enterprise-level solutions
- Secure Executive Meetings: Successfully transition qualified, engaged opportunities to the Account Executive team
What You'll Bring :
- KSA Market Acumen: A demonstrable understanding of the Saudi business and government ecosystem, including the impact of Vision 2030 and key economic drivers
- Bilingual Proficiency (Required):Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential for authentic engagement with decision-makers in the Kingdom
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The ability to navigate cultural nuances, build trust quickly, and communicate with the utmost respect and formality
- Persistence & Drive: The resilience to engage with enterprise-level accounts that often have long sales cycles and high barriers to entry
- CRM Discipline: A commitment to accurate, detailed logging to ensure every interaction with a high-value KSA prospect is tracked and leveraged
- Complex Solution Communication: The capability to articulate the value of AI, Deep Tech, and strategic consulting to non-technical business leaders
Must have (Non-Negotiable Requirements):
- Experience Benchmark: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated, verifiable sales, business development, or client-facing experience generated within a Software Agency, Digital Consulting Firm, or Enterprise SaaS company. (Experience from call centers, retail sales, or non-tech sectors will not be considered)
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of the concepts behind custom software development, digital transformation, AI/ML implementation, and IT consulting services
- Market Presence: Current residence and strong professional network within Saudi Arabia is mandatory (remote KSA setup)
- Communication Mastery: Absolute fluency in both English and Business Arabic (written and spoken) with exceptional presentation skills tailored for enterprise executive audiences
- Drive: Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a demonstrable history of hitting ambitious targets
