Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to advance their career in B2B sales and marketing within the technology industry. The primary responsibility is to identify new sales opportunities. . This is accomplished through research, account mapping, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. The SDR will also work closely with client management teams, supporting market research, contact research, database management, and reporting based on the client's business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, outbound cold calling, and email prospecting.
  • Qualify prospective customers by understanding their business needs, goals, and organizational environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and effectively qualify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
  • Prepare weekly reports on industry trends, pipeline development, and key insights gathered from customer conversations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven sales environment.
