The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role. As part of the Media Sales team, Sales Development Representative will focus on selling premium airline touch points as advertising platforms for brands.
- Conduct sales outreach through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build relationships with potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate conversations, and schedule client meetings
- Conduct client needs discovery and position solutions accordingly
- Deliver pitches and close deals using a consultative selling approach
- Drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships using data, insights, and clear commercial logic
- Network actively and host clients at relevant social/industry events
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover post-sale
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records
Requirements:
- Business related degree or marketing qualification
- Min 2-4 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience with technical, digital, or high added value products
- Experience in building case studies and compiling 3rd party research
- Excellent communication skillsincluding ability to present and confidently speak to audience
- Analytical mind, attention to detail, and high personal standards of work
- Driving license and a personal car
- Salesforce knowledge is an added bonus
