Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound communication with potential vendors via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Clearly present the company value proposition, including our digital platform, logistics and payments support, and global buyer access
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the business development team
  • Maintain accurate records and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho)
  • Provide frontline insights from supplier conversations to improve sales strategy and outreach quality

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Customer Service or Tele-sales ideally in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with senior business owners or factory representatives
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Interest in Egypt's manufacturing and export ecosystem is a bonus
