Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound communication with potential vendors via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Clearly present the company value proposition, including our digital platform, logistics and payments support, and global buyer access
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the business development team
- Maintain accurate records and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho)
- Provide frontline insights from supplier conversations to improve sales strategy and outreach quality
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Customer Service or Tele-sales ideally in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with senior business owners or factory representatives
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a strong plus
- Interest in Egypt's manufacturing and export ecosystem is a bonus
