We are looking for a Sales Director to lead their sales team, manage key accounts, and drive new business growth across the Kingdom, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a respected and established organisation.
Role Overview
- Lead and manage a sales team of 56 and a sales support/after-sales team
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across Saudi Arabia
- Drive revenue growth with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
- Sell industrial and engineering services including manufacturing, pipeline remediation, storage tanks, and related solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Coordinate with finance on pricing, quotations, receivables, and financial controls
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct regular sales meetings and team performance reviews
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Travel locally and internationally as needed
Experience Required:
- 1520 years sales or business development experience
- Strong experience in Saudi Arabia within oil & gas and/or petrochemicals
- Engineering degree required
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proven leadership, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems
