Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and go-to-market plan to expand presence in the GCC market, with new business acquisition in the UAE, Qatar, and Oman, focusing especially on the banking and financial services sector
- Client Relationships: Leverage existing relationships and banking industry knowledge across the target countries in the GCC
- Partner Management: Establish and manage partnerships with local IT services and product partners to enhance market penetration
- Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and deal closure
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and bidding teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and go-to-market messaging
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the GCC
