Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Director will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, manage daily sales operations, and work to achieve business growth targets. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, managing business development efforts, and mentoring the sales team to ensure the achievement of individual and team objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals
  • Strong skills in Sales Operations and Team Management to optimize processes and achieve sales efficiency
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies successfully
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track performance and decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in the technology solutions industry is an advantage
