Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Director to drive revenue growth across the GCC, build and scale a high-performing regional sales team, and manage enterprise-level client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy for Salesforce services.
- Recruit, develop, and scale a GCC sales team with proven enterprise experience.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue attainment.
- Build strong C-level client relationships and partner ecosystem engagement.
- Ensure aligned GTM strategy with Marketing and Professional Services.
Strict Requirements Only Apply if You Meet All of the Following
- 8+ years in B2B tech sales leadership (Salesforce consulting or services background).
- Proven experience scaling a regional sales team in the GCC.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory).
- Experience managing enterprise accounts across multiple GCC markets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
