Job Role - Sales Director
We are looking for a high performing Sales Director to lead a successful team to develop key growth sales strategies and execute plans to achieving annual targets.
Responsibilities:
The primary role of Sales Team Lead is to achieve the sales targets as per business plan and drive sales within a competitive market.
Managing, developing and mentoring the Sales team through the entire sales process in terms of strategy, prospect management and closure.
Manage broker accounts and assist team with complex sales negotiations and involve in closing of deals. Regular analysis of sales trends & execute new sales techniques to target the right market. Identify emerging markets and market shifts and keep on competition market.
Manage the strategy by developing a broker network at domestic & international level. Monitor and drive sales activities to achieve sales targets and encourage both brokers.
Design and implement a strategic business plan and ensure strong presence through brokers/roadshows within prospective region
Manage a diverse sales team across various nationalities selling off plan and on site projects.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
7+ years of sales experience in Real Estate Developer or Brokerage
Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, working and managing a Sales Team.
Skills:
Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates an ability to address customer needs in a professional manner.
Expertise in strategic planning and execution, and team motivation techniques
