Job Description

Role Summary

The Director of Sales will lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth across the organization's Telecom, ICT, and Digital Services portfolio. This role is responsible for driving high-performance sales teams, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships across enterprise and Semi-government sectors.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of services including SaaS solutions, Cloud services, ICT infrastructure, Cybersecurity solutions, and Telecom services, positioning itself as a full-service digital transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities across Telecom, ICT, and emerging digital solutions.
  • Establish KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics across all sales channels.

2. Business Development

  • Drive enterprise and government client acquisition across KSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across SaaS, Cloud, ICT, Cybersecurity, and Telecom offerings.
  • Lead large deal negotiations and strategic bids.

3. Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

  • Own the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategy.

4. Product & Solution Alignment

  • Collaborate with product, technical, and delivery teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Ensure clear positioning of company solutions across:
  • SaaS Platforms
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Managed Services
  • ICT Solutions & System Integration
  • Cybersecurity Services
  • Telecom Services

5. Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors, system integrators, and technology providers.
  • Strengthen relationships with key telecom operators and ICT ecosystem players.
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.

6. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric culture.
  • Implement incentive structures aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales within Telecom, ICT, or Technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading large sales teams and achieving multimillion revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in selling enterprise solutions (SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ICT, Telecom).
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market, including enterprise and government sectors.
